Head of Inbound Marketing (B2B Hypergrowth) – Hive
Take on a once-in-a-career opportunity and shape the future of Hive’s Growth by leading our Inbound Marketing Channels and creating this new muscle for Hive. As our first Head of Inbound Marketing, you’ll design, build, and lead a world-class inbound engine — spanning Content, SEO, Social, Performance, and Partnerships — to generate high-quality demos and fuel our next growth phase. This is a hands-on, high-impact role with budget ownership, team-building opportunities, and direct access to C-level leaders, intending to take Hive from hypergrowth to IPO.
Responsibilities
- Generate true impact: Generate new qualified opportunities (demos held) for Hive to grow the customer base that truly transforms the way they do operations. You are steering a key component of our growth engine.
- Develop the new best practice: Design and implement a comprehensive Inbound Marketing playbook that rivals and beats frontrunners in this space, enhancing growth, brand awareness, and support along the growth funnel to hyperscale Hive.
- Raise the bar & go the extra mile: In the AI era, strive for excellence in strategy, creativity, and execution, and leverage new techniques to keep Hive ahead.
- Speak many languages: Build a truly multilingual, globally aware strategy that remains locally adept in different Hive hubs and markets.
- Prioritize and systemize: Ensure inbound initiatives align with business targets and focus on high-impact improvements and scalable processes.
- Be hands-on and actually build something: As the first person on the team, actively build, hire, and implement with budget ownership and tangible impact.
Your Profile
- Ultra driven: Own targets, teams, and initiatives and drive measurable impact.
- Passion for Inbound Marketing: Love inbound marketing, experiment with new channels, and drive tangible impact.
- Leadership experience: Initial leadership experience with the ability to interview and guide a team.
- Systematic & Analytical mindset: Data-driven decision making, scalable systems, and automation to reduce manual work.
- Proactivity & ownership: Take ownership of the team and initiatives, acting with initiative rather than awaiting directives.
- Good communication skills (verbal and written): Present initiatives clearly to excite and align other teams.
- Organisational talent & attention to detail: Structure and process-oriented mindset with high attention to detail.
