Your Role

What we expect from you:

• You will act as equipment manager, service technician and solution specialist all in one
• You will be responsible for the technical rollout of our systems – from preparation and delivery to on-site installation/commissioning (international projects)
• You carry out technical installations, configure equipment and ensure its smooth operation
• You take on maintenance and repair tasks on our systems – both remotely and on site
• You are the first point of contact for suppliers, logistics partners and external technicians
• You will check incoming and outgoing goods, carry out inventories and ensure order in the technical warehouse
• You will support the team with caretaker-like tasks relating to our technical systems and workplaces
• You will contribute your ideas to the further development of our product portfolio.

Your Profile

• You have successfully completed technical training or a technical degree (e.g. IT systems engineer, IT specialist, mechatronics engineer, systems engineering, etc.).
• You have experience in technical field service, rollout or support. Technical knowledge of computer hardware, sensor technology and microelectronics is an advantage.
• You are skilled with your hands and enjoy practical work.
• You have a structured and independent approach to your work.
• You are eager to learn, enjoy working in a team and have strong problem-solving skills.
• You have an eye for detail and can work efficiently and effectively even under pressure.
• You are willing to travel internationally (approx. 25%).
• You are fluent in German and English.
