Our Managed Technology division rents out audio, video, IT, and communication solutions for international live events, offering comprehensive services from project planning to on-site implementation. Our work spans festivals like Rock am Ring, sporting events such as Formula 1 and the Super Bowl, ensuring all guests have a thrilling experience.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Design and prepare systems for international multimedia events and support Riedel sales and project management staff.
2. Serve as the main contact for all internal or customer-related product questions within your area of responsibility, focusing on RIEDEL CORE Technologie.
3. Interact with developers, architects, product owners, and managers to share feedback from projects and clients.
4. Collaborate with fellow Product Experts and the Experts Team to create standards and solutions for our managed technology department.
5. Provide training and work guidelines, utilizing tools like Confluence, SharePoint, and MS Teams.
6. Coordinate and conduct on-site service, demonstrations, and training sessions.

THAT'S YOU

1. Successfully completed (technical) university studies in media, industrial engineering, or a related field combining business and technology.
2. At least 5 years of proven operational technical experience in a relevant market, ideally in the broadcast industry.
3. In-depth knowledge of Riedel hardware and software solutions such as Artist, Bolero, SmartPanel, and video distribution solutions like MediorNet.
4. Experience in stakeholder interactions and presentations at B-Level, with strong self-management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
5. Ability to manage direct customer relationships and establish partnerships with external collaborators.
6. Extensive IT knowledge, especially in network configurations and PTP.
