The Role

The Product team shapes experiences and turns complex problems into simple, scalable solutions. We are looking for a Product Leader to serve 100 million customers in 100 countries, translating complex challenges into simple, scalable solutions. As the Product Owner for multiple squads, you will own the product roadmap from strategic planning to execution and launch, collaborating with design, engineering, and data science to build valuable features and power core platforms. A core part of this role is rethinking products and systems to be AI-centric, enabling automation and intuitive, multi-modal customer interactions to streamline compliance processes.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading a fincrime product tribe, with responsibility to build and operate products that improve security across Revolut’s global features
• Developing product teams to meet objectives
• Owning the teams’ roadmaps end to end

What You’ll Need

• 7+ years of product management experience
• 3+ years of experience managing large teams
• Experience managing AI products, data science products, customer-facing products, and back-office systems
• Experience formulating and driving a focused product vision, and owning the narrative with leadership, customers, and partners
• High analytical acumen with solid business sense guiding ROI-based prioritisation
• Bias toward action and ability to lead major projects hands-on
• Experience leading product development and launch from scratch
• Ability to deliver measurable results for sophisticated products in a fast-paced environment
