Experience and qualifications
- 7-10+ years' experience in both strategic and hands-on HR roles, ideally within a fast-paced or regulated industry
- Background in medical technology, life sciences, or pharmaceuticals is beneficial but not essential
- Strong working knowledge of German employment law and HR compliance standards
- Proven track record in leading HR functions, with demonstrable experience in team leadership and influencing senior management
- Familiarity with modern HR software, analytics tools, and digital platforms
- Fluent in both German and English
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
