Technical Project Manager - Telecommunications (m/f/d) full-time
If you enjoy monitoring and advancing technical projects in the field of telecommunications and have a comprehensive understanding of electronic systems and telecommunications, then you've come to the right place.
Responsibilities

• Lead the collaborative planning, execution, and delivery of intricate technical projects within the electronics or telecommunications domain, ensuring collective success in timeliness, scope, and budget adherence.
• Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, vendors, and stakeholders, to collectively define project requirements, articulate shared goals, and outline deliverables.
• Evaluate project risks and take proactive measures to implement effective mitigation strategies, ensuring the achievement of successful project outcomes.
• Keep a vigilant eye on project progress and communicate regular updates to stakeholders, highlighting milestones achieved, challenges faced, and overall successes.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams to guarantee compliance with industry standards, best practices, and quality benchmarks across all project deliverables.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing project performance metrics and introducing process enhancements to optimize efficiency.
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and upper management, effectively conveying project statuses, addressing issues, and providing well-founded recommendations.
  

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field.
• Demonstrated success in effectively overseeing technical projects in the electronics or telecommunications industry.
• Thorough knowledge of electronic systems or telecommunications infrastructure, protocols, and technologies.
• Strong project management skills, including hands-on experience with diverse project management tools and methodologies like Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
• Outstanding communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, showcasing the ability to collaborate seamlessly across teams and organizational levels.
• Fluency in written and spoken German.
• Proficiency in analyzing complex technical issues, devising solutions, and making sound decisions under pressure.
• A Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) would be a valuable addition.
