Job Description

• Unterstützung des Low-Level-Designs und Teilnahme an Abstimmungstreffen mit Gemeinden und anderen Beteiligten
• Bauvorbereitung sowie Materialmanagement
• Koordination von Subunternehmern
• Terminvereinbarung mit Bauunternehmen, Montagefirmen etc. unter Einhaltung der Richtlinien unseres Kunden
• Koordination der Bauarbeiten und Leistungserfassung
• Selbstorganisierte Überwachung, Koordination und Steuerung des Bau- und Montagefortschritts unter Einhaltung des Masterplans unter Einsatz aller verfügbaren Instrumente
• Dokumentation eines Bautagebuchs
• Herausforderungen während der Bauphase auf der Baustelle lösen
• Bedienen der Schnittstellendokumentation
• Anforderung und Speicherung von Protokollen und Rotberichtigungen zur Unterstützung des Dokumentationsteams
• Bauabnahme, Dokumentation
• Nach Abschluss der Bauarbeiten Sicherstellung der termingerechten Plankorrekturen
• Dokumentation in Überwachungslisten, um einen stets aktuellen Stand der Montage- und Bauzeiten zu haben
• Dokumentierter Abschluss der Bauarbeiten
• Support of Low-Level Design and participation to co-ordination meetings with communities and other stakeholders
• Construction preparation as well as material management
• Co-ordination of subcontractors
• Schedule deadlines to construction companies, mounting companies etc. under adherence of the policies of our customer
• Co-ordination of construction work and activity recording
• Self-organized supervision, co-ordination and steering of the construction and mounting progress under adherence of the master plan using all available instruments
• Documentation of a construction journal (Bautagebuch)
• Challenges solving during construction phase on site
• Operate the interface documentation
• Request and storage of protocols and red adjustments (Rotberichtigungen) to support the documentation team
• Construction acceptance, documentation
• After finished construction work insurance of plan corrections on schedule
• Documentation in monitoring lists to have a permanently actual status of mounting and construction periods
• Documented closing of the construction work
