🚀 Order Engineering - Trainee (m / f / t)

Objective

Design of mechanical seals for compressors, mixers and seal gas boosters.

Our two-year trainee program offers

• Special emphasis on mechanical seal design for compressors, mixers and seal gas boosters.
• A cross-departmental assignment with a focus on applied engineering work.
• Development and optimisation of new products in cooperation with the test field and R&D departments.
• Active involvement in the 3D SolidWorks implementation.
• Systematically analyse data to uncover areas for improvement.
• Participation in challenging and exciting interdisciplinary projects of the overall site.
• Participation in additional qualification measures (product training, project management, lean training, engineering software, PLM, ERP).
• Continuous support from a personal mentor.

Your qualification and experience profile

• Successfully completed studies in mechanical engineering, mechatronics or similar.
• Knowledge in the field of rotating equipment, thermodynamics and design engineering is an advantage.
• Hands‑on mentality and personal responsibility in the processing and implementation of projects.
• Programming knowledge (VBA or similar) is desirable.
• Very high level of self‑discipline as well as organization.
• Very good knowledge of German and English.
• Good knowledge of MS Office programs, as well as CAD (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Inventor), CAE (ANSYS).
• High level of commitment and flexibility, as well as good communication skills and enthusiasm.
• Customer oriented action.
