Aramaz Digital seeks a Social Media Marketing Manager to drive growth for clients and our own company. The role combines paid social, content creation, newsletter automation and analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, create and publish social media content for Aramaz Digital and clients, ensuring relevance and brand consistency.
  • Conceptualise, set up, optimise and drive paid social campaigns on Meta and TikTok, including targeting, budgeting, creatives, A/B‑testing and performance steering.
  • Develop newsletters, segmentations and automations with tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot and CleverReach.
  • Manage projects in Asana (or similar), meeting deadlines, budgets and stakeholder expectations.
  • Track key metrics (CPL, conversion rate, ROAS, CTR, impressions) and present clear optimisation insights.
  • Continuously optimise marketing set‑ups, creatives, landing pages and tracking structures.
  • Collaborate closely with recruiting, sales and creative teams across the full customer and candidate journey.

Qualifications

  • Minimum two years experience as Online Marketing Manager or Social Media Manager, ideally in an agency or comparable environment.
  • Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, newsletter tools, UTM parameters and project‑management tools such as Asana.
  • KPI‑sensitivity: CPL, conversion rate, ROAS, CTR, CPM, impressions – clear interpretation and actionable recommendations.
  • German and English communication skills – both spoken and written.
  • Driving licence class B and willingness to travel to client sites for content production.
  • Comfortable working on macOS.
  • Self‑driven, structured, high‑quality focus and ownership mentality.

Requirements

  • A completed marketing, communication, business administration or digital media degree, or equivalent experience.
