We drive customer value and growth through easy to buy and easy to sell valuepropositions based on continuous market interaction and a solid expertise.

The role of Head of Portfolio Management Germany

  • You are responsible for building strong market driven value propositions, business cases andgo-to-market plans for the German market that bring together our unique combination ofsoftware-, service- and data solutions. In collaboration with the subject matter experts, youare responsible for revenue planning (new business, upsell, cross-sell), mapping revenuetargets with offering availability and ensuring adequate go-to-market and offering-market fit.
  • Based on your expertise and our research, you are a trusted strategic advisor to our sales / -enablement, marketing, service, product delivery and M&A organizations.
  • You have a continuous eye on the market to optimize and streamline our portfolio.
  • You drive customer experience by market driven portfolio and investment choices and bybeing the advocate of our customers across the organization.
  • You will drive the integration of our product and service offering into one future proof digitalcustomer journey for which you will set and guard the highest customer experiencestandards.
  • You represent SD Worx on external events as an expert speaker.
  • You have a first people management experience and are a true team player so challengingviews, sharing expertise and encouraging intrapreneurship comes natural to you.
  • With your experience you will be an important contributor to the continuous

professionalization and growth of our portfolio management processes.

  • You will be part of the group’s Portfolio Management Team and you will report to the GroupVP of Portfolio Management.
  • You will be an important member of the German management team and you will act as astrategic advisor to the German managing director
  • You will be based in Germany and are willing to travel up to 20%.

  • Brings a proven experience (+3Y) in payroll services and strategic B2B portfolio / productmanagement (+5Y) in the European HR market to the table.
  • Has strategy development for product and service offerings in a digital context for breakfast.

  • Has the capability to drive business (model) innovation in a complex technology and

  • Has a first people management experience and is eager to develop this further.
  • Has experience in portfolio pricing. Certification is a strong plus.
  • Is fluent in German and English (spoken and written).
