Talent Acquisition Partner (m/w/d)
Lowell seeks a Talent Acquisition Partner for its People Service Team in Essen starting 1 January 2026. The role focuses on improving collections management and driving positive change for customers, employees, and society.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and actively steer the entire recruitment process – from defining job requirements to onboarding, both internally and externally.
- Consult and support managers and employees on all questions around recruiting, onboarding and talent management.
- Collaborate with internal HR consultants and external service providers in a demand‑appropriate manner.
- Expand a modern recruiting portfolio (e.g., active sourcing, direct outreach, new digital channels).
- Lead and steer HR‑side measures and projects that strengthen the employer brand (e.g., employer‑branding campaigns, career and trade show events).
- Maintain a trustworthy collaboration with employee representation bodies.
Qualifications
- Practical experience recruiting Fach‑ and Führungskräfte with secure application of various interview techniques.
- Kaufmännische Berufsausbildung or a degree in Wirtschaftswissenschaften or comparable qualifications.
- Proven skills in MS Office and applicant‑management systems (e.g., Workday).
- Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
- Strong communication, empathy and confident presence at all hierarchical levels.

- Strong stakeholder‑management and experience with works councils.
- Digital mindset and interest in digital transformation.
