We are expanding our international operations and currently seeking an experienced Project Director / PMO Lead to oversee cross-functional projects and drive strategic execution — fully remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee large-scale project portfolios and PMO operations
• Establish and maintain project management standards and best practices

• Provide strategic guidance to project managers and senior stakeholders

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in project or program management
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency with PM tools (Asana, Jira, MS Project, or equivalent)
• PMP / PRINCE2 certification preferred
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage remote teams
