Senior Controller (m/w/d)

Location: Bremen, Full-time, Senior/Senior level.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic advisory: Business partner for the expanding MOSOLF Port Logistics & Services GmbH.
• Financial reporting and planning: Support monthly, quarterly and annual closings, Mifri planning and forecasts.
• Data analysis and reporting: Analyse and comment on current monthly reporting and KPIs.
• Process optimisation and result improvement: Conduct complex special analyses, economic calculations and optimise processes.
• Site support: Manage multiple sites including foreign subsidiaries, with mobile working.
• Team process optimisation: Collaborate on continuous optimisation of group-wide controlling and in SAP FI/CO.
• Strategic projects: Undertake cross‑departmental strategic projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance/Controlling or comparable qualification.
• Professional experience in controlling with KPI‑driven mindset.
• IT competence: Good knowledge of MS Office, SAP CO/FI, SAP BW, Lucanet and Power BI.
• Initiative and solution competence: Bring ideas and drive initiatives.
• Communication strength: Clear and concise communication.
• Assertiveness: Persuade objectives, overcome obstacles.
• Travel readiness: Comfortable with travel and personal exchanges with business partners.
