Are you our next ServiceNow IT Operations Management Solution Consultant? 
 
The Cloud People, a Full ServiceNow Lifecycle Partner, is growing rapidly in Europe and the US. In support of our successful approach to Service Operations excellence , we are looking for a ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) Consultant to join our team in Germany.
We are looking for people that have:
- Demonstrated experience in guiding and supporting ITOM suite engagements during presales, design, and implementation stages.
- Experience in leading at least three full lifecycle ITOM implementations, with specialization and certifications in Configuration Management, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
- Solid understanding of CMDB relationships and hierarchy, CMDB Health (Dashboards), and the CSDM framework.
- Expert knowledge of third-party integrations with ServiceNow.
- Strong ITSM working knowledge with the ability to articulate the benefits of the integrated ITSM and ITOM approach as part of Service Operations.
- Experience with designing, configuring, and deploying ServiceNow ITOM solutions that meet business requirements and adhere to industry best practices and standards.
- A track record in leading customers through knowledge and requirements discussions and workshops for implementing ServiceNow ITOM.
- Can master both the technical and business side in order to become the bridge that enables technology to solve business needs.
- Can speak fluently in German (native) and English.

- 6+ years of ServiceNow related experience.
- Excellent ITOM business domain understanding, with the ability to translate theoretical concepts and client requirements into practical solutions that deliver value.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, development, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, and experience working with a diverse team.
- General IT-infrastructure competence and understanding.
- Strong communication, presentation, and report writing skills.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum development approaches.
