🚀 Global Account Director (Automotive)

Microsoft’s Enterprise Account Team focuses on partnering with customers to achieve strategic goals. This team is responsible for providing a differentiated customer experience, delivering solutions that result in targeted business outcomes, and driving revenue growth for Microsoft.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ongoing executive mapping exercises to ensure alignment across key internal and external groups, provide thought leadership and strategic co‑innovation ideas, and challenge customers when appropriate to think differently.
• Lead the creation of long‑term strategies aimed at building a level of loyalty that would be difficult for competitors, bringing together the ecosystem to discuss how to enrich the customer’s value and create mutually agreed upon roadmaps for innovation and transformation within strategic accounts.
• Proactively explore and uncover technologies, confirm customer interest, and understand where Microsoft may not be able to compete, as well as how key competitors compete within their respective spaces.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and experience working in an industry (e.g., Automotive, Education) and/or driving digital transformation.
• Master’s degree and experience working in an industry (e.g., Government, Education) and/or driving digital transformation.
• Experience making recommendations to and/or collaborating with mid‑to‑senior level executives.
