We are seeking an experienced and visionary Project Director / PMO Lead to oversee large-scale, cross‑functional initiatives that drive organizational success and transformation.

As the strategic leader of the Project Management Office, you’ll define project governance, ensure alignment with business goals, and lead teams to deliver results that matter – on time, within scope, and with measurable impact.

This role requires more than management – it demands leadership, foresight, and influence . You’ll partner with executives, stakeholders, and global teams to translate strategy into execution and elevate how the organization delivers value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the full project lifecycle across multiple strategic initiatives
  • Establish and optimize PMO frameworks, tools, and governance standards
  • Oversee project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation
  • Identify risks and drive proactive mitigation strategies
  • Ensure project alignment with strategic business objectives
  • Coach and mentor project managers and cross‑functional leads
  • Provide clear reporting and progress updates to executive leadership

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in project or program management, with 3+ years in leadership roles
  • Proven success managing large, complex, and multi‑stakeholder projects
  • Strong understanding of project governance, budgeting, and risk management
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Fluency in English required; Korean proficiency preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification
  • Experience leading digital transformation or enterprise‑wide PMO initiatives
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Asana, MS Project, or Smartsheet
  • Strong analytical mindset and data‑driven decision‑making ability
