The company provides system development services in design and concept, calculation and simulation, mechanical engineering and construction, electrics and electronics, integration and ergonomics, and prototyping and validation for customers in the automotive, commercial vehicle and aviation industries.

Job Description

• Lead product portfolio activities to support strategic product definition.
• Combine market insights, competitive intelligence, and financial data to shape product strategy.
• Conduct structured analysis and data‑driven modeling to evaluate segment dynamics and competitor positioning.
• Develop lifecycle opportunities and define product mix, profitability, and timing.
• Prepare proposals to support decision‑making and optimized portfolio planning for overseas markets.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with engineering, design, marketing and sales teams to align product direction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or related field.
• Proven experience in automotive product planning (PPL), ideally with exposure to European and global markets.
• Strong background in market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and portfolio strategy.
• Ability to integrate financial understanding into product mix and profitability decisions.
• Excellent skills in data‑driven analysis and modeling (Excel, BI tools, forecasting).
• Strong communication and presentation skills to convey insights and proposals to senior stakeholders.
