🚀 Associate (IP / IT)

A leading international law firm is seeking to appoint a talented lawyer to join its Intellectual Property and Technology practice in Frankfurt.

The team advises on a full spectrum of IP and IT matters, including technology transactions, licensing, data protection, outsourcing, and contentious IP issues. Working closely with colleagues across Europe and the US, the group handles complex, cross-border mandates for major international clients.

Requirements

• Fully qualified lawyer in Germany (Zweite Staatsexamen)
• Minimum of 18 points combined in the two State Examinations
• Around 3 years’ post-qualification experience in IP, IT or data protection law, ideally within a leading international or top-tier national law firm
• Excellent academic background and fluent English; additional languages advantageous
• Strong interest in cross-border advisory work and technology-driven legal issues
