• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing recruiting team
• Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and deliver effective solutions
• Strengthen employer branding and implement modern sourcing approaches

YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS

• Proven experience in managing and developing recruiting teams
• Solid track record of successfully hiring for Sales and/or Operations roles, ideally within the IT or technology sector
• Experience recruiting in scale-up environments during hypergrowth phases
• Strong business acumen and the ability to act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders
• Fluent in German and English with excellent communication skills
