CQ Engineer - Autoclave - Germany, Frankfurt - 18 Month Contract

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading global pharmaceutical client based in the surroundings of Frankfurt. Due to a large capital investment and multiple projects on site, the client is looking for a CQ Engineer - Autoclave to join their team.

What you'll do

• Lead the design, development, and confirmation of autoclave sterilization cycles.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., GMP, ISO) and maximize process efficiency.
• Author and manage Site Acceptance Test (SAT) and Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) documentation.
• Utilize Kneat software to support streamlined validation workflows and maintain audit readiness.
• Perform comprehensive validation of thermal mapping systems, including K-validator and related instrumentation.
• Analyze data to ensure uniform heat distribution and process reliability.
• Deliver hands-on training to operations personnel on autoclave operation, safety protocols, and troubleshooting.
• Provide ongoing technical support to reduce downtime and improve team competency.

What you'll need

• Hands on Experience of performing cycle development of autoclave loads.
• Proficiency in Kneat or similar validation documentation platforms.
• Excellent communication and training skills.
• Conducted comprehensive validation of thermal mapping systems, K-validator etc
