We manage a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties, from classic office buildings and historic houses to technically demanding industrial facilities. Our clients include real estate companies, project developers and institutional investors. Our portfolio currently comprises more than 60 properties with over 2,000 primarily commercial leases.

Responsibilities

• Technical stewardship of a portfolio of complex residential and commercial properties
• Implementation of preventive measures to prolong the life and efficiency of the technical building infrastructure, in accordance with the property strategy
• Coordination of maintenance and repair works and inspection appointments
• Project management of refurbishment, modernization and other construction measures after commissioning and approval by the commercial real estate management (tendering, negotiation, awarding, monitoring, acceptance)
• Communication with specialist firms (meetings/calls, on‑site inspections, etc.) and participation in project and property‑specific meetings
• Condition assessment of residential and commercial rental areas (pre‑acceptances) – including proposals for renovation measures for the commercial real estate management
• Control of technical service providers
• Acquisition of maintenance offers and coordination in agreement
• Billing of special services (by effort or internal cost sharing)

Qualifications

• Completed technical trade training (plant mechanic, draughtsman, electrician) and professional experience in technical property management and property control of commercial and/or residential properties
• Willingness to work independently as well as in a team‑oriented manner
• Service orientation and strong communication skills
• Good commercial understanding and experience in reporting and documentation
• Team‑oriented with high customer orientation, high self‑responsibility and structured work style
