Responsibilities

  • Identify high impact commercial and operational areas to be transitioned to GSC.
  • Define the transition vision, mission and objectives for the addressed business domain(s).
  • Assess financial impact and create business cases for process migration and internalization.
  • Engage effectively with Key Stakeholders.
  • Work closely with local and global management teams to align and drive transition goals.
  • Design and execute change management communication and transition management plans.
  • Identify and drive process efficiency initiatives to deliver on the efficiency KPIs.
  • Ensure service delivery excellence and establish global best practices.
  • Create and implement continuous improvement frameworks and KPI reporting.
  • Ensure internal skills and team development in respective areas.

Qualifications

  • Completed university degree in economics and 10 years leadership experiences in international environment.
  • Experience in leading global transformations and change-management and solid experience in offshoring operations.
  • Commercial expertise and financial acumen.
  • Strategic and holistic thinking.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills towards senior leadership and executive level.
  • Strong Customer and service orientation.
  • Strong understanding of METROs strategy operating model and business domains.
  • Building guiding and developing international teams.
