Head of Network Development, Service Excellence, Process and Quality (m/w/d)

For the Global Service department of WashTec, a leading global automotive wash technology provider, we seek a Head of Network Development to drive strategic development and operational excellence for our worldwide service network. The role is based in Augsburg and is open immediately.

Tasks

• Lead the strategic development plan of the service network to drive business growth, collaborating cross‑functionally with internal teams, international subsidiaries and external stakeholders for seamless integration of services.
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to continuously improve service standards.
• Introduce and implement performance processes and standards for Service Excellence across all networks.
• Identify and execute process improvement strategies that enhance cost efficiency and operational effectiveness; produce presentations and reports to communicate results.
• Document processes and provide training programmes to ensure consistency and excellence across all teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field (master’s preferred).
• At least 10 years of experience in an international, service‑oriented environment, with expertise in Network Development and Service Excellence, ideally in a B2B machine and solutions provider.
• Strong project‑management and leadership skills, with the ability to lead diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in quality standards such as ISO, Six‑Sigma, CRM and SAP systems.
• Excellent written and spoken German and English; strong strategic planning, analytical and innovative solution‑implementation capabilities.
