Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth financial analyses to assess performance, identify trends, and guide key decision‑making
  • Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards, providing timely and accurate insights to senior management
  • Seamless interaction with the Headquarters’ Controlling and Finance teams, ensuring alignment with the needs of the EMEA President and supporting pricing, KPIs, and other strategic metrics
  • Financial planning and budgeting in alignment with HQ requirements
  • Lead the financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes for the EMEA sales entities
  • Collaborate with operational commercial teams and support functions (e.g. Product Management) to set and manage ambitious but realistic financial targets
  • Cost management and controlling: oversee cost management processes, identify opportunities to optimize and control expenses, and act as a partner to operational leaders to achieve financial goals
  • Process management and efficiency: identify, propose, and lead initiatives to improve financial processes, harmonize reporting, and drive efficiencies; leverage automation and digital tools to enhance reporting accuracy and timeliness
  • Compliance: ensure compliance and transparency in (financial) reporting

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; advanced degree or professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CMA) preferred
  • A few years of relevant experience in international controlling and financial leadership in matrixed, B2B or industrial environments
  • Strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cost management across multiple countries or regions
  • Proven track record as a strategic business partner to senior leadership, translating financial insights into actionable decisions
  • Skilled in process improvement, reporting harmonization, and leveraging digital tools to drive efficiency
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to operate effectively across cultures and functions
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus
