Job Description Summary

The Country Manager (f / m / d) Patient Care Solutions (PCS) Germany will be a member of the International PCS team and the Senior Leadership Team DACH. (S)he is responsible for development and implementation of the PCS segment strategy for market share gain & profitable franchise growth driving orders profitable revenue growth and value creation through product & commercial strategies in Germany. This role will be partnering with the Commercial leaders Product leaders & Country / Regional leaders to drive through Solutions and Enterprise mindset customer satisfaction and business profitable growth. (S)he will work closely with Region General Management Zone Key / Executive account managers Commercial Marketing Financing and International Segment Teams. This role is ideally based in the southern half of Germany so that the future incumbent can travel in 1-2 hours to our German PCS HQ in Freiburg / Germany.
