We are looking for a Head of Commercial Excellence to work as the Chief Growth Officers (CGO) trusted advisor. This high-impact role requires a strategic and analytical mindset strong operational acumen and the ability to drive execution. Success in this role means thriving in a fast-paced dynamic and fast- evolving environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Strategic Support to the CGO : Partner closely with the CGO on daily priorities including communications decision-making and high-level initiatives.
• Shape Organizational Growth : Optimize the departments internal processes and implement scalable structures that improve performance and enable growth.
• Drive Cross-Functional Coordination : Facilitate collaboration between teams and departments proactively identifying any gaps or misalignments.
• Enhance Leadership Effectiveness : Removing roadblocks driving clarity and helping the leadership team move faster and more effectively.
• Analyze and Enable Decision-Making : Synthesize key data reports and insights to support strategic decision-making at the leadership level

Your profile :

• Significant experience in strategy consulting or chief of staff roles
• Proven ability to drive complex projects and influence across teams and departments
• Strong business acumen with experience in high-growth environments
• Exceptional organizational skills with an open collaborative communication style
• Proactive and solution-oriented; you thrive in a dynamic environment and are comfortable navigating ambiguity.
• Experience in high-growth environments startups or tech companies is a plus
• Fluency in English and German is required.
