Aufgaben

Undoubtedly, you will lead the kitchen, set benchmarks for creative and responsible communal catering, while keeping qualitative and economic aspects in mind, and, most importantly, enjoy working with and for people.

• Operative and administrative leadership, steering and optimizing kitchen processes.


• Creation of balanced menus that meet defined quality criteria and guest requirements.


• Hands‑on production work and monitoring of work results.


• Personnel responsibility, allowing, onboarding, and support within the ongoing employment relationship.


• Responsibility for the daily briefing and development of staff.


• Role model for hospitality mentality and first contact point for guests.


• Ensure that every guest receives fresh and appetizing dishes.


• Compliance with hygiene requirements and internal regulations.


• Ensuring the conduct of regular quality checks of cooked products.

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Koch (m/w/d) mit einschlägiger Berufserfahrung.


• Betriebswirtschaftliche Qualifikation von Vorteil.

• Leidenschaft für ein gutes Produkt, nachhaltige Küche und kulinarische Trends.


• Ideenreichtum für die ganzheitliche Verwendung von Produkten zur Vermeidung von Food‑Waste.
