We support Private Equity Funds and their portfolio companies in the Mid-to-Large-Cap segment in M&A, Commercial Due Diligence, Strategic Value Creation and Business Technology Transformation. What To Expect

In addition to comprehensive professional onboarding, including a coach-buddy system, from day one you will gain deep insights into the transaction business and the private equity industry. Expect diverse and responsible tasks, such as:

• You lead international consulting projects from A to Z for our clients from various (niche) industries: from initial client contact, data collection, analysis, and strategy recommendations to project completion.
• You analyze markets, create market and forecast models through secondary research, as well as qualitative and quantitative primary surveys and studies.
• Based on the generated insights, you provide our clients with actionable recommendations on innovative topics such as e-mobility, digital payment systems, software, and IT services, among others.
• You are responsible for project-related customer support and the coordination of smaller project teams.

Your profile

You have a strong analytical and entrepreneurial mindset, are an absolute team player with hands-on qualities, and strive for collective success. Additionally, you recognize yourself in the following:

• Successfully completed university degree (preferably in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field)
• First professional experience in consulting, such as market research (institute or company-related)
• Interest in macroeconomic relationships and trends related to disruptive technologies
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both German and English
• Profound knowledge of MS Office and Google Drive, ideally experience with SPSS
• Appreciation for working independently in a consulting-like environment with a startup spirit
