Position Overview
As People & Culture Business Partner for Cluster West & Central, you will play a vital role within the regional leadership team, shaping the employee experience across Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, and Switzerland. Acting as a trusted advisor to managers, you’ll drive performance, engagement, and development while supporting all aspects of HR – including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, organizational development, change management, and communication. You will also collaborate on global and cross‑functional HR initiatives, ensuring our people strategies align with Permobil’s purpose and drive our continued growth.
Location: This is a hybrid role, based in Ratingen (near Dusseldorf), Germany.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders to drive business results through people-focused strategies and actions.
- Lead organizational development initiatives, such as succession and development planning, goal setting, and performance management.
- Guide and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, encouraging a culture where employees thrive.
- Implement and drive best-in-class recruiting and talent acquisition practices.
- Facilitate a strong leadership and coaching culture, building high-performing teams.
- Manage and contribute to HR projects and corporate initiatives across the region.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as an HR Business Partner in an international environment, supporting multiple countries beyond Germany.
- Proven ability to build effective relationships and influence at all levels.
- Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to clearly explain ideas and data implications.
- Fluency in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
- Experience with Agile organizations or leadership is meritorious.
