On behalf of our client, a leading real estate investment firm, we are seeking a highly motivated Investment Analyst to join their Residential Real Estate team in Hamburg.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or a young professional (up to 1 year of experience) who is passionate about real estate investments and eager to start a career in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Support the residential investment team in acquisitions, dispositions, and financing of assets
• Conduct financial modelling, investment analysis, and due diligence
• Assist with project development and asset management tasks
• Prepare presentations and investment papers for internal and external stakeholders
• Work closely with senior team members across multiple functions

Your Profile

• Degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field
• Up to 1 year of relevant experience (internships or first role in real estate, investment banking, or similar)
• Strong financial acumen and analytical mindset , with advanced Excel / financial modelling skills
• Fluent in German and English
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
