Responsibilities
- Social Media & Content: plan, create, and publish posts for Aramaz Digital and our clients β channel-appropriate, target-audiences, and brand-compliant.
- Paid Social (Meta & TikTok): design, launch, and optimize conversion-focused campaigns β including targeting, budget allocation, creatives, A/B tests, and ongoing performance management.
- Newsletter & Automation: create newsletters, segmentations and automations using common tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, CleverReach or similar).
- Project Management: manage initiatives in Asana or comparable tools, keeping deadlines, budgets, and stakeholder agreements clear.
- Analytics & Reporting: monitor CPL, conversion rate, ROAS, CTR, impressions, etc.; derive concrete optimizations and present results clearly to the audience.
- Process & Funnel Optimization: continuously improve marketing setups, creatives, landing pages, and tracking configurations.
- Team Collaboration: work closely with Recruiting, Sales, and Creative teams to maximize impact across the customer and candidate journey.
What you bring idealistically
- Experience: at least two years as Online Marketing Manager or Social Media Manager β ideally in an agency or dynamic environment.
- Tool Proficiency: strong in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, newsletter tools (e.g., Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, CleverReach), UTM parameters, and project management tools (e.g., Asana).
- KPI Fluency: interpret CPL, conversion rate, ROAS, CTR, CPM, and impressions, and translate into concrete actions.
- On-site Production: Driver's license (Class B) and willingness to arrange on-site content production (photo/video); external videographer support as needed.
- Education/Studies: completed training or studies in marketing/communication beneficial.
- Work Environment: proficient with macOS.
- Working Style: self-driven, structured, fast implementation, high quality, and impact-focused mindset.
Communication: ability to present complex topics clearly in German and English.
Qualifications
- Education: completed marketing/communications training or studies (examples include Kaufmann/Kauffrau fΓΌr Marketingkommunikation, Kaufmann/Kauffrau im E-Commerce, Mediengestalter*in Digital und Print, Kaufleute fΓΌr Dialogmarketing).
- Study Alternatives: degrees in Marketing, Online-Marketing, Digital Marketing or related fields (e.g., Communication or Media Studies, Business with Marketing focus, Digital Media/Media Management).
- Experience: minimum two years in Online Marketing or Social Media; proven experience planning, implementing, and optimizing paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok) and newsletter marketing.
- Tool Competency: strong in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, standard newsletter tools, GA4, tracking/UTM, and Asana; proficient in macOS.
- Strengths: structured, analytical, creative execution, KPI-driven with clear optimization actions; high quality standards and ownership mindset.
- On-Site Content Production: willingness to coordinate on-site content (photo/video), possibly with a external videographer support.
Languages: German (fluent) and English (fluent).
