🚀 German Junior Campaign Specialist – Google Ads

Teleperformance Spain, with more than 4,700 employees across 10 sites (certified with Great Place to Work and Top Employer), is seeking a creative, data-driven campaign specialist.

Purpose of the role :

In this role, you will partner with an assigned portfolio of new clients to help develop their first online advertising campaigns, potentially making a significant impact on their business. It is a target-driven environment where you will work towards individual targets and be part of a larger onboarding team.

Responsibilities

1. Serve as a trusted consultant to onboard and develop PPC Campaigns for customers.
2. Detect and understand customer needs and objectives.
3. Increase spend, upsell, and ensure sustainability.
4. Handle a high volume of potential clients daily via phone calls.

Preferred Skills and Experience :

1. BA / BS degree or equivalent; MA / MSc in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications is a plus.
2. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales and/or online advertising.
3. Strong desire to meet or exceed productivity, readiness, sustainability, and customer satisfaction targets.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for pitching and proposals.
5. Good time management and organizational skills.
6. Strong analytical skills.
7. Client-focused with a keen interest in customer interaction and business goals ownership.
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment as a team player.
9. Native level of German and high level of English proficiency.
10. Full-time position (39h/week, Monday to Friday).
11. Salary: €24,310 gross/year + up to €4,290 gross/year.
12. Hybrid working model based in Barcelona.
13. Taxes between 20-24%.
