Your mission

• Leading an IVVQ Team (Integration, Verification, Validation, Qualification) in the context of system integration and testing campaigns for the product world of Thales’ Business Line Above Water Systems (AWS).
• Defining an integration and test strategy and tailoring of processes, practices and tools applicable to the respective system.
• Collaborating in project teams with project managers, system engineering managers and work package managers of all technical disciplines, including hardware, software and cybersecurity.
• Defining and planning IVVQ work packages for bids and projects in terms of performance, cost and time.
• Identifying, assessing and managing opportunities and risks.

Qualifications

• Completed university degree, e.g. computer science, (electrical) engineering or a similar qualification.
• Professional experience in the area of hardware qualification, and (ideally) management experience in transversal or disciplinary areas.
• Project management experience and a certification (e.g., IPMA) is a plus.
• English language skills appropriate for negotiations; German is a plus.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
