Location : Berlin (hybrid-work)

Commitment : Part-Time to Start (Full-Time post-funding).

Compensation : Equity-Only initially (salary after investment).

We are Pairsy, a pre-seed startup eliminating the friction that kills relationships. Our flat-rate subscription service handles the planning, scheduling, and payment for all dates and getaways, ensuring couples effortlessly follow the science-backed 2-2-2 Rule (Date every 2 weeks, etc.).

Our Value : Couples save time and money by having activities chosen and placed directly into their calendar, fully paid for by their flat-rate subscription. This unique B2C offering, paired with our Price-Quality Halo Effect for B2B partners, allows us to build a highly scalable, high-impact business.

We are actively bootstrapping and building the product. We need a partner who can own the brand and drive user acquisition from zero.

Role & Responsibilities

Your Role : Zero-Budget B2C Growth Lead

You focus entirely on B2C brand-building and user growth.

• Own the Narrative: Define and execute the brand strategy, emphasizing the convenience and full payment coverage of the flat-rate model.
• Bootstrapped Growth: Focus on zero-budget tactics: Content Marketing, SEO, and community building to find our first users.
• Data-Driven: Set up all tracking and analyze early-stage performance for maximum ROI and eventual fundraising success.

What We Need in a Co-Founder

• Bilingual Fluency: Must be fluent in both English and German to handle local and international communication and content.
• Commitment: Ready to work part-time for equity with a one-year vesting cliff until we close a funding round.
• DNA: Experience building a brand from scratch (pre-seed mindset) with a passion for the relationship/wellness sector.
