Diehl Aviation in Laupheim is looking for a dedicated leader for the area of structural analysis and weight simulation. Join a family‑run company characterized by trust and courage, with a focus on digital transformation, sustainability and peacekeeping across five divisions: Metal, Controls, Defence, Aviation and Metering.

Aufgaben

• Disciplinary leadership of a team of approximately 13 employees
• Managing work packages with strategic service providers, including KPI monitoring
• Acting as an interface between other departments and customers regarding topics related to structural analysis and weight
• Ensuring target achievement in terms of deadlines, costs, and quality
• Personnel and team development, including recruiting, training, and career planning

Profil

• Completed technical degree (e.g., aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, or civil engineering)
• Several years of leadership experience in a technically oriented environment
• In-depth knowledge of structural mechanics, FEM analysis, and weight simulation
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, combined with strategic thinking
• Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
