Your profile / Qualifications

• You are a reliable point of contact for your team and foster a positive work atmosphere
• You hold a Kfz‑Meisterabschluss and have several years of practical experience, ideally as a workshop supervisor
• You possess a valid class 3/B driving license
• You stay focused, structured, and meticulous on complex tasks
• Responsibility, enthusiasm, and motivation are natural for you
• You bring high commitment and a strong sense of quality

Onboarding & Start

On your first days you will receive support through onboarding with internal trainings and practical tasks. You will handle initial workshop orders and, week by week, gain more independence in your role and the technical work.
