For Lufthansa Aviation Training Germany GmbH we are looking for you as a flight simulator technician in the area of technical operation of flight simulators. The department is responsible for the technical availability of our flight simulators.

Responsibilities

• Repairing, maintaining and overhauling flight simulators in our care
• Carrying out preventive maintenance work
• Being a contact person and first level support for our customers
• Daily provision of the training devices
• Repairing electrical assemblies
• Carrying out software and hardware modifications according to manufacturer specifications
• Documenting the work carried out in the MRO system used
• Preparing and implementing certificates required by the authorities

Requirements

• Aircraft electronics technician or technical training specialising in electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics
• Further training as a state‑certified technician is an advantage
• Ability to work shifts 24/7
• Practical experience in computer/network technology desirable
• Good knowledge of English
• Confident IT user skills
• Experience in dealing with process instructions
• Flexibility, willingness to travel, ability to work under pressure, ability to work in a team, analytical thinking
