Ready to drive guest‑centric excellence in a fast‑picking cheese and merchandise store in Heidelberg. The role is full‑time (32‑40 hrs/week). Compensation ranges from €3.584–€4.345 bruto per month.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience and create a “we‑feeling” in the store with your team.
• Co‑coach, moderate and inspire team members to bring out their best and develop within the team and the company.
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities so that the store runs smoothly even in your absence.
• Guard and promote the Cheese & More by Henri Willig brand and concept.
• Act as a point of contact for colleagues and external parties, manage local entrepreneurship, and ensure all administrative purchase processes run seamlessly.

Qualifications

• Preferably prior experience in a similar leadership role in a hospitality or retail environment where guest‑centricity is key.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, flexible mindset, strong sense of responsibility and a positive, critical outlook.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, inspire, delegate and foster an energized team culture.
• Passion for retail, tourism and delicatessen – able to act as a true brand ambassador in‑store and online, collaborating with marketing.
• Creative and analytical mindset to make data‑driven decisions and improvements.
• Fluency in Dutch, German and English; additional foreign language a plus.
• Available six days a week, typically four or five days, with working hours between 10:00 and 20:00.
