In this role you will step up and apply your expertise when first‑level technical support is unable to immediately solve the issue.
What Does This Role Bring You
- Central point of contact for customers who need immediate on‑site technical assistance.
- Enable customers to remain operational at all times by following up on remote diagnosis and resolving it quickly.
- Opportunity to install, configure, maintain and repair high‑complexity machines.
- Contribute to maintenance activities to minimize the risk of machine failure.
- Identify the nature of complex issues and provide optimal solutions to customers.
- Continuously update yourself with the latest developments within the industry.

What Do You Need to Bring
- Experience as a HP Field Service Engineer or as an HP Indigo Operator on HP digital presses.
- Intermediate or higher vocational technical background covering both mechanics and electronics.
- Strong knowledge in electronics (including reading wiring diagrams), mechanics, PC’s, Windows software, basic networking and pneumatics/hydraulics.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills (down to electronics component level).
- Fluency in both German and English, written and verbal.
- Experience with installation and breakdown of complex industrial products is a plus; a can‑do attitude and eagerness to learn are essential.

- Takes ownership of assigned cases and customers.
- Understands the importance of correct and timely case administration.
- Can transfer knowledge to customer operators.
- Is eager to learn and develop.
- Shows dedication, ownership and a proactive attitude.
- Is prepared to travel within the Nordics (sometimes with overnight stay) to serve the extended customer base.
- Can interact at different levels within and outside the organization.
- Enjoys a diverse working environment and likes working in a team.
- Lives in the south of Germany.
