About the role

As a Senior People Partner at remberg, you’ll own the full Talent & People agenda end to end. You will build scalable processes, help us hire outstanding people, and keep our culture strong as we grow.

Responsibilities

  • Own the hiring engine: workforce planning, employer branding, outbound sourcing, candidate experience, interview training, process & tooling, offer management, and hiring analytics.
  • Run core people operations: onboarding/offboarding, payroll inputs & salary review cycle, contracts & HRIS hygiene.
  • Drive culture & communications: company-wide events & offsites, values initiatives, engagement surveys, recognition programs.
  • Coordinate performance & growth: semi-annual feedback cycles, competency frameworks, manager enablement, L&D pilots.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in Talent/People in high-growth startups or scale-ups, owning both recruiting and HR operations.
  • Hands‑on sourcing and employer branding experience; comfortable building processes and training interviewers.
  • Strong HR fundamentals (contracts, payroll inputs, policies, HRIS) and an eye for compliant, pragmatic solutions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management; can partner with founders, hiring managers, and the COO.
  • Data‑driven, systems thinker; iterate based on metrics and candidate/employee feedback.
  • Fluent in English; German is a plus.
