For Lufthansa Aviation Training Germany GmbH we are looking for you as a flight simulator technician in the area of technical operation of flight simulators. The department is responsible for the technical availability of our flight simulators.

Tasks

• Repairing, maintaining and overhaul of the flight simulators in our care.
• Carrying out preventive maintenance work.
• Being a contact person and first level support for our customers.
• Daily provision of the training devices.
• Repairing of electrical assemblies.
• Carrying out software and hardware modifications according to manufacturer specifications.
• Documenting the work carried out in the MRO system used.
• Preparing and implementing certificates required by the authorities.

Requirements

• Aircraft electronics technician or technical training specializing in electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics.
• Further training as a state‑certified technician is an advantage.
• Ability to work shifts 24/7.
• Practical experience in computer/network technology desirable.
• Good knowledge of English.
• Confident IT user skills.
• Experience in dealing with process instructions.
