🚀 Territory Manager - North Germany

A fast-growing cardiology start-up is expanding its commercial presence in Germany and is seeking a Territory Manager to develop and grow its business in Northern Germany.

This position combines traditional commercial territory management with active clinical and procedural support . You’ll work closely with key physicians and sites to build relationships, drive adoption and provide robust clinical support during procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategy to drive continued adoption of this innovative technology, working closely with existing sites and new ones to expand access to this critical treatment.
• Provide hands‑on procedural support and training across the region.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clinicians and procedure teams to raise awareness and drive patient referral to grow the access to this therapy.
• Identify and develop new therapy centres within the region.
• Collaborate closely with internal colleagues in sales, marketing, and clinical functions to deliver on territory objectives.

Candidate Profile

• A minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in medical devices , ideally within cardiology or adjacent interventional therapies.
• Your background may be clinical, therapy development, or sales‑oriented , looking to bring your experience to a field‑based role.
• Confident communicating at a therapy level with physicians and clinical staff to build relationships and provide support during procedures.
• Proactive, structured, organized, and goal‑driven working style.
• Ideally based in the Hamburg / Hanover region , with willingness to travel.
