🚀 Director of Cost Management ( Data Centres) based Frankfurt

Overview

We're hiring: Cost Management Director (m / f / d) — Frankfurt, Germany. Global consultancy client in Construction & Infrastructure. Full-time, Senior Leadership Role.

We’re working on behalf of a world-renowned professional services firm to find an exceptional Cost Management Director to lead complex construction projects across Germany.

This is a high-impact, client-facing role where you’ll drive commercial success, lead cost management teams, and shape the delivery of major programmes in real estate, infrastructure, energy, and natural resources.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead pre- and post-contract cost management on large-scale projects
• Manage procurement, tendering, and contract documentation
• Deliver monthly cost reports and final account settlements
• Drive value engineering and change control processes
• Build strong client relationships and lead stakeholder engagement
• Mentor teams and identify opportunities for business growth

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years’ experience in cost management, ideally on complex construction projects
• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or Construction Management
• Strong technical knowledge across MEP, civils, and architectural systems
• Fluent English required; German language skills preferred
• Experience in the German construction industry is a plus
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
