The Head of Digital Products leads the Core Product organization, building integrated logistics platforms for Order Fulfillment, Transport Management, Data Services, and Customer Service. This role ensures digital products deliver measurable business value, align with our strategy, and enable seamless orchestration across customers, carriers, and internal operations. You will maximize software delivery performance, ensuring fast innovation‑to‑launch cycles and top‑quality solutions.

Locations: Contern (Luxembourg), Duisburg, Hamburg (Germany), Wroclaw (Poland).

How you create impact

• Set the overall digital product vision and roadmap, aligning investments with corporate goals, customer needs, and emerging logistics technologies.
• Prioritize and manage the cross-domain product portfolio, balancing innovation, scalability, and lifecycle management from ideation to retirement.
• Establish and monitor KPIs (e.g., DORA) for adoption, delivery velocity, and return on digital investments.
• Ensure timely, high-quality rollouts by promoting agile, DevOps practices, automation, and continuous improvement.
• Represent the digital product organization, translate business needs into actionable initiatives, and resolve cross-product dependencies.
• Build and mentor a high-performing product team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and data-driven decision‑making.
• Oversee key supplier performance and contracts, supporting selection and procurement processes.
• Ensure adherence to GDP/GxP and relevant WHO/EU guidelines for pharma and healthcare activities.

What we would like you to bring

• 10+ years of experience in product management, software delivery, or digital transformation, ideally within logistics or supply chain domains.
• Proven success in leading multiple product lines or digital platforms.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and modern software delivery models.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and business functions.
• Strategic thinker with hands‑on execution mindset.
• Proven experience in effective management of software off‑shoring models.
• Accountability for managing IT budgets > 10 Mio. € annually.
