You’ll make an impact by

  • Proactively driving the development and implementation of the global manufacturing strategy within the Process Automation Business Unit
  • Performing global manufacturing footprint evaluations and implementing an automated data‑driven evaluation approach, including automated data processing and simulation
  • Leading and overseeing the planning and execution of manufacturing transfer projects between different regions, working closely with global cross‑functional teams
  • Consulting business segments and business lines regarding the best‑fit manufacturing strategy and global manufacturing footprint
  • Supporting factories in executing manufacturing transfer projects by fostering collaboration, best‑practice sharing and standardization among factories, R&D and related business functions

This is how you’ll win us over

Education : Master’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field. A Ph.D. degree would be advantageous.

Experience and Skills

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and lean principles
  • Strong background in data analysis and interpretation; able to analyze complex datasets, identify patterns, and derive strategic insights
  • Proven project‑management experience in manufacturing involving a team and managing scope, timelines, and budget

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different cultures and business units
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and propose effective solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Flexibility to travel globally as required

Languages : German proficiency is an asset.
