🚀 SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant – Mid to Senior Level

A boutique Consultancy specialising in SuccessFactors and SAP HCM is expanding its team and is now seeking mid to senior-level Consultants with expertise in the Compensation module , ideally combined with knowledge of German and/or Swiss payroll processes. In this role, you will contribute to a mix of new implementations and enhancement projects, collaborating closely with clients to deliver solutions that go beyond standard support. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored Consulting services with a focus on SuccessFactors Compensation, and alignment with German and Swiss payroll processes where applicable
• Lead or contribute to projects spanning system implementation, enhancement and optimisation
• Diagnose and resolve complex systemic issues, and implement improvements to reduce recurring errors
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design and deliver strategic HRIS solutions

Role Requirements

• Proven experience in a Consulting capacity delivering SuccessFactors projects
• Hands-on configuration expertise in the Compensation module
• Knowledge of German and/or Swiss payroll processes is strongly preferred
• Experience integrating SuccessFactors with third-party systems is advantageous
• Fluency in German is essential, alongside strong English skills for international collaboration
• SuccessFactors certifications are an asset but not mandatory
