Responsibilities

• Support the hardware development team in the creation or update of a mixed signal board design.
• Develop electrical circuits according to AES internal aeronautical development standards: stress analysis, tolerance analysis, design justification based on board level requirements and preliminary design ideas.
• Perform analog simulation of different functions.
• Take into account EMC constraints.
• Implement design into schematics using Zuken.
• Define layout constraints for established circuits.
• Verify developed circuits on breadboards.

Requested Knowledge

• Analogue circuit design in aeronautical domain for inflight equipment (at least 5 years of experience).
• Analytical design methods (tolerance analysis, stress analysis).
• Usage of schematics and layout tools (e.g., Zuken).
• Verification of analogue circuits.
• English level of at least B2 (CEFR).
• German or French skills are helpful but not mandatory.
• DO254 process and avionics process expertise (standards, requirements, traceability).
