of handpicked camps and cabins across 14 European countries : all secluded, unique, and far from the

crowds.

Your mission

As a Location Scout, you’ll be our eyes and ears on the ground — discovering new hosts and helping them join the Hinterland community. From private landowners and farmers to cabin owners and forest lodges, you’ll identify the most inspiring places in nature and bring them onto our platform.

Your responsibilities

Research and identify potential hosts in Germany / Austria, Italy, Croatia, or Poland

• Reach out via phone, email, or social media and introduce them to Hinterland
• Support hosts through the onboarding process and ensure basic listing quality (photos, info, details)
• Maintain leads and progress in our CRM and prepare short reports
• Help evolve our communication materials and outreach strategies

Your profile

• Communicative, open, and persuasive — you love connecting with people
• Fluent in English and at least one of the target country languages (German a plus)
• Passion for camping, outdoor living, and sustainability
• Independent, reliable, and well-organized — ideally with first experience in sales or marketing
