Key Responsibilities
Weβre looking for a highly skilled Mixed-Signal Design Engineer with expertise in Analog-to-Digital Converters (ADCs) and Digital-to-Analog Converters (DACs).
You will take designs from specification and architecture through silicon validation, working on cutting-edge data converter technology in advanced CMOS nodes (e.g., 22FDX, FinFET, FD-SOI). Youβll collaborate with an experienced analog / mixed-signal team to deliver innovative IP for communications, sensor interfaces, signal processing, and SoC integration.
Design & Architecture
- Define ADC / DAC architectures, evaluate trade-offs, and select optimal designs for target applications.
- Develop behavioural models and perform architecture-level trade-off analysis.
Circuit Implementation
- Design building-block circuits (band-gaps, CMOS bias generators, TIAs, op-amps, filters, switched-cap circuits, LDOs).
- Apply high-precision design techniques for environments with large device mismatch and high supply noise.
- Collaborate with layout engineers to ensure matching and parasitic-aware design.
EDA & Modeling
- Use Cadence Virtuoso and Spectre for schematic, simulation, and layout tasks.
- Perform Verilog-A, SystemVerilog-AMS, MATLAB, and C-based modeling.
- Drive successful tapeouts with hands-on EDA tool expertise.
Validation & Integration
- Support first-silicon bring-up, lab validation, and debugging.
- Document results and support IP integration into customer SoCs.
Qualifications
- Education : M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, or related field.
- Experience : 8 years in mixed-signal IC design.
- Strong expertise in ADC / DAC design and analog fundamentals (noise, matching, linearity, stability).
- Proficiency with full-custom analog layout techniques and verification sign-off.
- Knowledge of system-level integration and SoC interfacing.
- Experience with advanced CMOS process nodes.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
If you are a qualified and skilled mixed-signal engineer ready to take on cutting-edge ADC / DAC design challenges, we encourage you to apply or email your CV to and be part of our innovative journey.
