Overview

We are Ryanair Engineering Germany GmbH. Based at Berlin Brandenburg Airport BER, we were founded in 2018 and are a 100% subsidiary of Ryanair. The Irish airline group currently operates a fleet of 590 modern Boeing 737NG and MAX 10, Boeing Game Changer, and Airbus A320 aircrafts. We will continue to expand by more than 300 aircraft by 2030. At Ryanair Engineering Germany, our engineers and mechanics are responsible for the maintenance of all Ryanair aircrafts in multiple stations all across Germany.

Junior Aircraft Engineers Program

We are currently looking for Junior Aircraft Engineers (f/m/d) to join our team across Berlin (BER), Memmingen (FMM) , Hahn (HHN) , Niederrhein (NRN) , and Cologne (CGN) . The 24-month Junior Aircraft Engineer Program is dedicated to providing you with the required practical training and experience to become a licensed engineer. During the first phase (12 months), the program combines a range of theoretical and practical elements to develop your skills for a successful career in our Engineering department. At the end of the 12 months, you will be in a position to apply for your Category A License. At the end of the second phase, you will be in a position to apply for your CAT A or B1 or B2 license.

Locations

We are looking for Junior Aircraft Engineers (f/m/d) to join our team in Berlin/Brandenburg (BER), Cologne (CGN), Memmingen (FMM), and Niederrhein-Weeze (NRN), Germany.

Requirements

  • Hold full Basic Training Certificate (CAT A or B) from an EASA Part 147 Approved School
  • Hold an approved CEFR B1 Standard certificate or equivalent (non-native speakers only)
  • EU Driving License
  • Good Basic Hand skills
  • Must have initiative; enthusiasm and be self-motivated to work in a highly rewarding and safe environment
  • Good English skills
  • Flexibility / willingness to travel and work in shifts
  • Entitled to work freely within the European Union
